In addition, by utilizing SUPPORT or this website, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to the terms of this AGREEMENT, you are not authorized to use this website or SOFTWARE.

If you are an employee or agent of a company that is a party to a current agreement for Greenwire Solutions Inc. support services (“Support Agreement”) and are acting on behalf of that company in seeking SUPPORT, the terms and conditions of that Support Agreement shall govern.

In order for your Greenwire Solutions Support Professional to effectively diagnose your problem, some machine configuration data and personally identifiable information may be collected. For more information about the data collection and use practices, please refer to the Privacy Statement.

Remote Access
Greenwire Solutions offers remote access service to assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues. This process allows a Greenwire Solutions employee or affiliate to remotely access your computer to determine the problem and either repair it or provide advice on what options are available to fix the issue. By taking advantage of this service, you are giving permission to  Greenwire Solutions  to log into your computer which may contain personal information. Greenwire Solutions or affiliate will only search your computer to determine the cause of the problem and will attempt to limit their interaction with your files to a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your files, especially those containing personal information, are secure to prevent any type of data loss or corruption.

Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Greenwire Solutions and its affiliates may collect and use technical information gathered during the product support services.

Termination
Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Greenwire Solutions may terminate this AGREEMENT if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT.
